where troubles melt like lemon drops,
away above the chimney tops.

holding 2000 baby stars,
jumping in and out my arms.
they float off,
to catch someone's searching eyes.
i stood on the land
that birthed a paradise.
ferns lush and curling,
their arms catching drops of rain.
amongst swaying hibiscus,
a dome rises into the sky.
it's belly holding praise, wishes, longing, yearning, gospels...
expansive acoustics,
that echo out, over the oceans.
